Classical Ballet students are taught the Royal Academy Of Dancing syllabus (RAD) which is one of the largest and most influential dance education and training organisations in the world. We offer examinations for young children starting out in dance classes to the student aspiring to become a professional dancer.
Usually danced to popular Pop, Rap or R&B music and often seen in video clips, Hip-Hop’s spirited style will teach you moves that you can use on the stage as well as on the dance floor. It’s a great way to improve your pop lock, lose weight or just have fun.
Contemporary seeks to work with the natural alignment of the body and is therefore safe and accessible for beginners. At the same time, the ease of movement promoted by contemporary dance technique allows experienced dancers to push new boundaries of body movement.
Lyrical embodies various aspects of ballet, jazz, acrobatics, and modern dance. Lyrical is strongly associated with clearly displayed emotional moods, fast-moving choreographic strategies, emphasis on virtuosic display, illustration of song lyrics, and, in group form, exact unison.
The program is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of AcroDance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling. Developed with input from professionals and experts in ballet, modern dance, jazz, contortion, artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, sport acrobatics, yoga, acro yoga, pilates, physiotherapy, hand balancing and more, you will not find a more comprehensive program.
